At OTTE Gear, we stand by the quality of our tactical and outdoor apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Ensure all original tags are attached and the gear is in its original condition before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
